February Points Of Light
I want to share with you some points of light. Good things that have happened in my life recently. Small blessings. Beams of light shining down is a season of discouragement. I encourage you to write your own list of “points of light”. A list of counting your blessings as the Bing Crosby song says.
Points Of Light
Meeting someone my age who has a heart for missions and seeing their faith so strong in the Lord saying yes to whatever God says
Starting a nonfiction project that is the accumulation of years of thought
Getting flowers and bulbs to plant in the spring
A vase of roses in full bloom
Watching One Life about a man who helped save 669 children during WW2
Making Pinterest boards for color seasons and setting goals for 2025
Reading children’s stories and books that inspire me to read
Warm winter days where you can walk outside in the soft sunlight and between the shade of the great big pine trees that surround our home
Family talks about life, faith, seeking out the voice of the Lord and waiting on God’s timing without rushing into your own plans
My youngest siblings coming to my room to listen to worship music and dance on the bed
Lighting sweet smelling candles while reading or brainstorming writing
Sweet fruits to appease this sweet tooth who is off sugar
Days of weeping clouds washing the earth anew while the trees dance in the wind and rain
Golden light streaming through the pine and cedar trees casting shadows of light on the floor
